Try Scuba
Theory, confined water + 1 dive
Never dived before? Try Scuba lets you take your first breaths underwater in shallow, calm water right beside your instructor. A short briefing on the equipment and how to breathe, equalise and move underwater, then you try it for real. It is a taste of diving, not a certification - you receive a Try Scuba recognition card, and the experience can count towards a later Open Water Diver course.

Requirements
From 8 years old (under 18 with a parent's signature). Comfortable in the water; no experience needed. A short medical questionnaire is filled in before diving.
